Here is my secret recipe for my absolutely delicious super dooper protein shake.
2 scoops of IsoPure Dutch Chocolate Low Carb Protein Powder
8 ounces of Skim Milk
2 heaping Table Spoons Of Smart Balance Omega Natural Peanut Butter
3 Heaping Table Spoons of Ground Flax Seed Meal
6 (or half a tray) of ice cubes
Place milk in first so you can measure in the blender, then place ice cubes in, and then rest of all ingredients. If your blender has an ice crusher setting use that first, otherwise you might find yourself, having to stop and push the contents down towards the blade.
Whip it up and enjoy a Protein shake that should give you about 75 grams of Protein! Great Protein Shake to have in the morning after a workout, that will allow you to power through to your mid morning snack. The flax seed gives you the Omega 3 Fatty Acids but also keep you feeling full. The peanut butter gives it a great milk shake like consistency when blended with the ice. Yummy!
