Just came across this article on CNN.com and it reminded me about the use of humor as a leader. I have always tried to maintain a positive attitude with my soldiers, and this often lends itself to using humor in order to maintain that attitude. Humor when used properly, can instill confidence, and trust in your men when circumstances seem dire.
